Need some energetic stability in these turbulent times? Staying fit is a tricky matter. Are you looking for a sustainable way to get into great shape? Not just toned muscles and flat tummy, although that may be one result. But buoyant emotions and clear mind as well. I've designed Paradigm Shift Yoga to ensure your comfort and balance.

Yoga will help you learn how to relax, breathe deeply and break up unresolved emotions that have become trapped in your body's tissues.

Paradigm Shift Yoga heals the WHOLE of you. One thing we've learned with the new discoveries in quantum physics: the entire fabric of who you are---- your thoughts, beliefs, desires, feelings, memories as well as your physical body parts, all the way down to your electrons, are connected to and profoundly affected by each other.

Your body cannot physiologically register fear, anger and other negative emotions when your muscles are relaxed. Negative emotions cannot exist without muscle tension.

My yoga program trains you to relax your muscles at will. You can break unpleasant and unhealthy habits and patterns by giving your body a new way to react to negative life situations.

The most important work of the yoga postures is in strengthening and purifying the nervous system, particularly the spinal cord and nerve ganglia. The different posture sequences systematically stretch and tone all the peripheral nerves, helping to strengthen them and to stabilize neuro-chemical transmission.

The postures also massage the endocrine glands. This stabilizes the response of the nervous system to stress and removes the constant muscular tension produced by repeated alerts issued from the central nervous system.
